SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders processed through rudsakstore.com are delivered using UPS shipping services. All orders are provided with a unique tracking code. Rudsakstore.com enables consumers to choose from four shipping options:

  1. UPS Standard: Services all Canadian provinces, excludes NU, NWT and YK; United States 48 contiguous states, excludes AK and HI; (delivery takes up to 3 to 5 business days after being processed).
  2. UPS Express: Services all Canadian provinces, excludes NU, NWT and YK; (next business day delivery)*.
  3. UPS Expedited: Services throughout all of Canada, includes NU, NWT and YK.
  4. UPS Worldwide Express: Worldwide delivery to over 60 countries.

 

All orders over $100.00 before taxes include free UPS Standard shipping for destinations within Canada and the United States**. All other orders which include but not limited to are orders under $100.00 before taxes and/or made outside of Canada and the United States** are subject to shipping rates based on the location, weight and box dimensions of their purchase.

*Orders must be made before 11:00 AM Eastern Time Zone to quality for next day delivery.

**Exceptions that exclude shipping privileges within Canada apply to NU, NWT and YK and the United States apply to AK and HI.

CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult the customs legislation of your country. Rudsakstore.com does not take responsibility for any duty fees, brokerage fees and shipping delays due to customs, if any.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to:

  • - Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 8.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 13.925%.
  • - British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.
  • - Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
  • - Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
  • - Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.
