Exchange and Return Policy 

Canada and the united states

All sale items are final sale.  Merchandise marked as final sale is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Regular priced merchandise may be exchanged and/or returned.  Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the package delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the package delivery date.  The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have all their original tags. Shipping fees are incurred at the customer’s expense. The balance will be refunded to your method of payment within 5 business days of the reception of the item at rudsakstore.com. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of the reception of the item at rudsakstore.com. 

All exchanges/returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with an exchange/return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Exchanges and returns must be made aware to rudsakstore.com at return@rudsak.com before proceeding with action. 

International:

We do not accept returns from outside the U.S. and Canada.
